Q. Do I need a Building Permit?
A. Yes, with all swimming pools you are required to apply for a building permit. We can assist with your application as we are preparing them regularly.
Q. A friend told me not to empty a fibreglass pool. Is this true?
A. This is correct. If there is any need to empty the pool please contact your pool installer for advice.
Q. How important is installation and can I install the pool myself?
A. It is very important. All of our installers have installed over 1000 fibreglass pools . Yes you may install yourself with our instruction DVD and plans.
Q. Are your pools expensive?
A. This is a question we get asked often. There are a number of different answers to the same question, so if you would like to email us we’d be more than happy to answer your question right away.
Q. I am scared of the whole process of getting a pool.
A. You’re not alone. Many of our customers felt the same way as you but after talking through the process and working though the fear factor they felt completely at ease. We now have many happy customers.
Q. I am not interested in chasing contractors.
A. After discussions we can advise you of the options and you then can choose what services you require. You may want some special landscaping, planting, concrete or paving or perhaps a water feature.
Q. I have noticed a huge increase in fibreglass pools. Why is that?
A. Fibreglass is one of the strongest and flexible products within the swimming pool industry. People like the fact it’s easy to clean, installation is very quick and great value.
Q. Do you provide a landscaping service to supplement the pool?
A. We don’t - but we can provide you with a number of landscapers details who have completed work for previous clients.
